Hi my little Turtles 🙂

It is amazing how you are able to express yourself through your clothing. Every one has a bit of their personality in what they wear or they would be wearing it (unless you were forced to).

Personally i am not really sure what my style shows about me. Only that i love wearing ripped up shirt, black and stripes <3 Ughhh god do i love stripes 🙂

I feel like almost every outfit that you wear should repersent you and how you are  feeling. If you are in a good mood were something that makes you feel amazing, whether it is something bright or just something comfy. WEAR IT AND ROCK IT! As long as you stay true to you, you WILL find yourself in your style. Always make sure that you are dressing for yourself and not anyone else because… at the end of the day you are going to be the one wearing it.

One of my best Ruby is an a daring and adventurous girl when i comes to fashion. She is able to put crazy peices of clothing together and work them! She is unique and creative, she is a fashion revolutionary. Hi my name is Nikita. I probably should not  be writing this because i bet no one is reading this. Anyway this is going to be a blog filled with stories, photos, videos, etc about my life. Basically this is a website dedicated to the adventures of a teenage awkward turtle that lives in NYC.

To start off our internet “friendship” i thought i would  share a little about myself:

1)  I live for photography.

2) I am biracial. My mother is full norwegian and my father is african american, thus the reason i look nothing like either of my parents.

3)I have extremely long arms, i practically look like a monkey. Which sucks because my high school only allows you to wear short that goes to the tips of you fingers…

4) I have really weird taste in music.

5) I and everyone i know considers me an Awkward Turtle. 🙂
